Could not put down the book

I have not blogged in a week. New Record! Went to Philly to visit my grandchildren over the three day holiday weekend. Also just finished reading The Goldfinch by Donna Tartt. It was a very satisfying read. Of course I have been keeping up with my monthly projects like my wool felt critters.

I only have two blocks left after this one but will be appliquéing the borders also. I also have been sewing on the second binding for the grandchildren Christmas quilts.

Will finish today with a nap time photo of my grandson, Ben and his dog, Junebug.
