more snow, more sewing

Although I am definitely over this winter, there is more snow coming tonight. There is so much compacted snow and ice on our driveway now it seems impossible that it will ever melt. Anyway I did finish my flannel rag quilt UFO and I sewed another binding onto a Christmas quilt. Today I will catch up on the Hobo blocks and fuse the next wool appliqué block which is a very cute bluebird. Photos of both in my next post. Meanwhile here is the finished rag quilt.

This is really a very easy project until the final step of cutting the edges so they "rag" when washed. This one will be cozy during this never-ending winter.
